Dr. Kathleen Toepp-Neuhoff
Dr. Toepp - Neuhoff completed a surgical residency following graduation from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in May 1993 where she
received the Clinical Proficiency Award by unanimous decision of the clinical staff. Dr. Toepp-Neuhoff successfully achieved board
certification in surgery (American Board of Podiatric Surgeons) in 1998, 2008 and board certification in orthopedic and primary podiatric
medicine in 1999, 2009, and continues the high level of clinical expertise in our practice. She currently performs more than 200 foot
surgeries each year.
In addition to her podiatric career, Dr. Toepp-Neuhoff received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 1979.
She continues to practice veterinary medicine at Magrane Pet Medical Center in Mishawaka
She is an active member of various professional organizations including the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Physicians Advisory Board,
St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Ethics Committee, Michiana Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Toepp-Neuhoff is active member of the 4H Horse and Pony Club, serves as a volunteer for a Boy Scout Troop, and a Church Lector.
She and her husband, Ken, have four children, Carolyn, Patricia, Michael and Matthew.
At your service: Dr Neuhoff routinely lectures to other healthcare professionals locally, and at state and national levels.
Presently she is a board member for the South Bend Civic Theater and volunteers her professional services at the Sister Maura Clinic on
Chapin Street.

Dr. Carolyn Cole
Dr. Carolyn Neuhoff Cole graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2007 and recently completed her 3-year surgical
podiatry training in foot and ankle surgery in June 2010 at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
She is well trained in all facets of podiatric medicine and surgery and has performed or assisted in over 700 foot and ankle surgical
procedures during residency. She enjoys all aspects of podiatry including trauma, sports medicine, biomechanics, diabetic prevention,
and surgery. She has a strong interest in wound care and has treated more than 3000 wounds during her training utilizing advanced
treatment therapies and modalities to heal difficult wounds. Dr. Cole has been involved in the field of podiatric medicine since she
was 13 years old and is anxious to continue providing excellent service, compassion, and clinical proficiency to her patients as their
podiatric physician.
At your service:
Dr. Cole joined the Family Foot Care Clinic in August 2010.
She is the 3rd generation of Podiatrists here at FFCC.

Jane O'Bryan
Jane has been the Financial Manager for Family Foot Care Clinic since 1999. Her duties include patient accounts (medical billing and
insurance filing), payroll, accounts payable, computer systems and practice administration. She is a passionate patient advocate and
does everything possible to help you obtain the insurance benefits to which you are entitled. Jane graduated cum laude from the
University of Toledo with a BA in Economics. She also has graduate training in Managerial Accounting. Jane has been married for 32 years.
She has 4 daughters and 3 grandchildren (a 3 year old grandson and 16 month twin granddaughters). When not chasing after her grandkids,
she enjoys reading, puttering around the house and creating various art projects.
At your service: In an effort to help our patients lead healthier lives, she has developed a series of patient educational handouts.
She has really enjoyed the opportunity to blend preventative patient health information and creativity. “I really want to get the word out
that your feet don’t have to hurt!”

Tina Kellogg
Tina has worked for the Family Foot Care Clinic since 2002. She was born and raised in Mishawaka graduating from Mishawaka High School.
She received her Associate's degree in Applied Science from Davenport University in 2001 and is a Certified Medical Assistant.
Since joining our practice she has continued with her education and training receiving Podiatric X-ray Certification and electro
diagnostic technician certification. Tina is married with 25-year-old daughter who is a RN at Memorial Hospital and a 17-year-old son
who attends Mishawaka High School. Tina also has a 9-year-old stepdaughter and a 25-year-old stepson. This spring Tina became the proud
grandma of a grandson. In addition to spending time with her family, Tina enjoys movies, reading, spending time outdoors.
At your service: Tina is one of our two on site orthotic technicians. This allows us to be sure that your custom orthotics are made exactly
as ordered and that you will receive them as quickly as possible. Adjustments to orthotics can be made while you wait. “We are never
satisfied with orthotics until the patient is satisfied. “

Allie Blackston
Allie has been working for Family Foot Care Clinic for over 5 years as a Certified Podiatric Medical Assistant, Podiatric Radiology
Technician and certified electro diagnostic technician. She also attends continuing education meetings and seminars throughout the years.
She assists in surgeries performed in the Family Foot Care Clinic Surgical suite as well as manages the medical supply inventory.
Allie is from New Carlisle, IN and is a 1991 graduate of New Prairie High School. She has a 5 year old daughter who is in pre-school.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, watching football and Nascar™.
At your service: In addition, she is a Licensed Cosmetologist who is able to perform nail care when the doctors are not on the premises.
She enjoys working with her patients and gives them the care and service they deserve.

Barbara Downhour
Barbara has worked for Family Foot Care Clinic since 2004. She loves working with our patients and helping to meet their needs. Barb is a
certified Podiatric Medical Assistant and is a Podiatric Radiology Technician. Barb serves as president of the Indiana Podiatric Medical
Assistants and has been past chairman of continuing education.
Barb is married and has one 16 year old son and 3 stepchildren; 2 boys 20 and 10 and one girl, 13. She enjoys reading, movies and being
with her family. She has an Associate's Degree in Communication from South Western Michigan College.
At your service: Barb enjoys participating in area health fairs. “It is very important to me to answer questions people might have about
podiatry and increase their knowledge about their feet.”
